• Henry Jaboyd Jackson, 31, was arrested at the 5900 block of Stanleyville Drive in Rural Hall at 11:29 a.m. He was charged with misdemeanor injury to real property, two counts of felony speeding to elude arrest, and misdemeanor reckless driving.

• Tanasia Shaquoya Richardson, 29, was arrested at Griffith Road and Hampton Road in Winston-Salem at 10:42 a.m. She was charged with displaying an expired, suspended, revoked, or altered registration plate.

• David James Stack, 46, was arrested in the 2500 block of South Stratford Road in Winston-Salem at 10:10 a.m. He was charged with felony possession of stolen goods.

• Courtney Leanne Forrest, 34, was arrested in the 2700 block of Hope Church Road in Kernersville at 6:15 a.m. She was charged with possession of a Schedule III controlled substance, misdemeanor possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

• Jeffrey Lee Vail, 59, was arrested at 1730 Old Hollow Road in Winston-Salem at 3:21 a.m. He was charged with interfering with emergency communication.

• Destiney Michelle Johnson, 30, was arrested at Shady Hollow Lane and West Clemmonsville Road in Winston-Salem at 3:20 a.m. She was charged with operating a vehicle without insurance, displaying an expired, suspended, revoked, or altered registration plate, and driving while license suspended or revoked.

• Tommy Dewayne Rivers, 53, was arrested at 2251 Darwick Road in Winston-Salem at 2:28 a.m. He was charged with failure to obtain a driver’s license, operating a vehicle without insurance, and displaying an expired, suspended, revoked, or altered registration plate.

• Gabriel David Bolivarhurtado, 22, was arrested at Country Club Road and Queensbury Road in Winston-Salem at 1:13 a.m. He was charged with three counts of failure to appear.

• Gabriel David Bolivarhurtado, 22, was also arrested at Country Club Road and Queensbury Road in Winston-Salem at 1:01 a.m. He was charged with speeding more than 15 mph over the posted speed limit and driving while license suspended or revoked.

• Bryan Robert Torok, 48, was arrested at Union Cross Road and Glennview Drive in Kernersville at 12:06 a.m. He was charged with displaying an expired, suspended, revoked, or altered registration plate and driving while license suspended or revoked.

All charges are allegations. Every person is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty in a court of law.
