WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — Winston-Salem police are asking for the public’s help locating a 55-year-old man who has not been heard from since late August.
Marcus Nathan Simpson was last spoken to by family members on Aug. 26, according to police. His vehicle was last seen in the Winston-Salem area during the early morning hours of Aug. 27.
Simpson is described as a Black man who is approximately 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighs about 214 pounds.
Police are also searching for Simpson’s vehicle, a silver 1998 Porsche Boxster with a black convertible top. The vehicle has North Carolina license plate JJX-5736.
Authorities have not released information about Simpson’s possible destination or what he was wearing when he disappeared.
As of Wednesday morning, police had not announced that Simpson or his vehicle had been located.
